Clients went with a 35’ pool and the client had a pool cabana kit already chosen. This footprint was planned into the design from the beginning to include pool storage and change room, however including a fully plumbed bathroom was brought forward during the construction process and able to be installed during the excavation process.

All features were planned ahead of time to include gas hook-up for the pool side natural gas fire pit and
natural gas barbeque just down from the existing porch.

The existing wood burning fire pit was planned to remain and the natural stone steps add a rustic touch to tie both areas together.

There is a hidden solar blanket system built at the end of the pool under the patio allows for a clean pool patio.
